Provides case management for patients and families to enhance their psychosocial functioning.

Position Details

Full-time, Mercy South Education

Master's degree required in Social Work, Counseling or other human service related field.

Experience

Minimum one year Behavioral Health experience preferred.

Preferred Licensure

Licensed Master's Social Worker (LMSW), Provisional Licensed Professional Counselor (PLPC) or eligibility for licensure preferred.

Preferred Other

Co-worker must be able to communicate orally, in writing and demonstrate proficient computer skills.

Co-worker must be able to listen and to understand and explain complex situations.
