We are seeking a dynamic, passionate, and experienced Associate Attorney to join our fast-paced legal team.

This position is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional to apply their litigation, depositions, mediations, settlements, and legal research skills in a challenging and rewarding environment.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in the legal industry and a proven track record of success in their previous roles.

The firm is seeking a motivated candidate with 1 year of litigation experience and a commitment to client service.

Key Responsibilities Draft motions, pleadings, discovery, and other legal documents Conduct and defend depositions Participate in settlement negotiations and draft agreements Appear in court for hearings and law and motion matters Engage in meet-and-confer efforts with opposing counsel Assist with trial preparation and case strategy Perform legal research to support litigation efforts Qualifications Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar 1 year of civil litigation experience (consumer warranty or lemon law experience is a plus) Strong writing, research, and communication skills Highly organized with the ability to manage deadlines effectively Ability to work both independently and collaboratively Motivated, dependable, and eager to develop litigation skills If you're looking for a great firm please apply today!
