Billing Accountant Greater Nashville, TN $22–$35/hour Professional Services / Finance & Accounting About the Opportunity - NetSuite Billing Accountant Our client is seeking a detail-oriented NetSuite Billing Accountant to support high-volume invoicing and revenue processes.

This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate billing, system integrity, and timely financial reporting within a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities - Billing Accountant Manage end-to-end billing processes within NetSuite, including invoice generation, adjustments, and reconciliations Ensure accuracy of billing data, pricing structures, and contract terms within the system Collaborate with sales, operations, and finance teams to resolve billing discrepancies Perform account reconciliations and support month-end close activities Maintain and improve billing workflows, reporting, and system configurations in NetSuite Assist with audits by providing billing documentation and system reporting Monitor AR aging related to billing accuracy and support collections as needed Qualifications - Billing Accountant 2 years of billing or accounting experience with hands-on NetSuite usage Strong understanding of invoicing, revenue recognition, and general accounting principles High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficiency in Excel and financial reporting tools Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred INJUNE2026
