About the Senior HR Specialist role

The Senior HR Specialist will manage the hiring process, ensuring proper policies and procedures Lead the onboarding process and conduct new hire orientation Ensure accuracy and timely processing of benefits The Senior HR Specialist will be the point of contact for employees Partner with business leaders on employee coaching and development activities The Senior HR Specialist will keep current on all relevant laws and reporting to ensure requirements are met throughout organization Manage and monitor Workers Compensation claims and ensure compliance on processing Requirements of the Senior HR Specialist

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or equivalent experience 2 years benefits and leave administration experience preferred Knowledge of Human Resource Management, including hiring, terminations, supervisor and employee coaching PHR, SHRM or other HR Certification a plus! $80,000 - $90,000 INJUN2026
