Job Description Job Description We are seeking a Food Truck Manager to join our team!
You will be responsible for providing customers with a memorable dining experience.
Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate all culinary activities Manage and track food inventory Submit weekly food orders & shop for additional ingredients Receive and prepare customer dining orders Operate POS system and be responsible for the cash drawer Ensure a high quality of ingredients and food preparation Ensure a high quality of kitchen cleanliness and maintenance Train and manage kitchen personnel Create and adjust staff schedules to meet restaurant needs Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations Track employee certifications and keep up-to-date Communicate and coordinate with management regarding procedural Communicate and coordinate with management regarding special event menus and planning Qualifications
Previous experience in food service or other related fields Must have Food Manager Certificate and an Allergen Awareness Certificate Strong leadership qualities Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Excellent written and communication skills Strong attention to detail POS system experience Who this job is a great fit for
