Responsibilities
1.
Overseeing all electrical aspects of construction projects, ensuring that work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest safety standards. 2.
Reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings. 3.
Developing project schedules and budgets using Microsoft Project. 4.
Conducting regular risk assessments and implementing risk management strategies. 5.
Leading and managing a team of electricians and other construction professionals. 6.
Coordinating with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals. 7.
Providing accurate project estimates and managing project costs. 8.
Ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal electrical codes and regulations. 9.
Managing projects related to schools and civic work. 10.
Using Procore and Blue Beam software for project management and collaboration. 11.
Communicating effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
Qualifications
1.
A minimum of 5 years of experience as an Electrical Project Manager in the construction industry. 2.
Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Procore, and Blue Beam. 3.
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, safety standards, and regulations. 4.
Excellent blueprint reading skills. 5.
Proven experience in project estimating and budgeting. 6.
Strong leadership skills, with a track record of leading and managing teams. 7.
Exceptional risk management skills. 8.
Experience working on school and civic construction projects. 9.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 10.
The ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
