401(k) Dental insurance Disability insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Job Details Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field preferred 8 years of progressive HR experience, including 2 years in an HR leadership or management capacity Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, compliance, employee relations, performance management, and talent acquisition Experience supporting multi-department teams in a professional services, corporate, or fast-paced business environment preferred Proven ability to develop and improve HR processes, policies, onboarding programs, and employee engagement initiatives Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust across all levels of an organization High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information with professionalism Experience with HRIS platforms, payroll systems, benefits administration, and reporting/analytics preferred Highly organized with strong project management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification is a plus Interested in hearing more?
