This role is a key position within our organization, offering a competitive prevailing wage.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing all electrical tasks on construction sites, particularly in commercial installations, public works, and school projects.

Responsibilities

Oversee and manage all electrical tasks on construction sites, ensuring work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest safety standards.

Lead and mentor a team of electricians, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful completion of projects.

Coordinate with project managers, architects, and engineers to plan and execute electrical installations in commercial buildings, public works, and schools.

Utilize Bluebeam and Procore software to manage project documents, track progress, and communicate with team members.

Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring all deadlines are met.

Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and standards, implementing safety protocols and conducting regular safety checks.

Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders, providing updates on project status and addressing any concerns or issues that arise.

Provide technical expertise and problem-solving skills to address complex electrical issues.

Work closely with construction management to ensure projects are efficiently and effectively managed from start to finish.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Electrical Foreman or similar role in the construction industry.

Proven experience with electrical commercial installations, public works, and school projects.

Strong knowledge of electrical systems, safety standards, and regulations.

Proficient in using Bluebeam and Procore software.

Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with a proven ability to mentor and motivate a team.

Excellent scheduling and project management skills, with a strong ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Strong understanding of construction management principles and practices.

Excellent problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to liaise effectively with a range of stakeholders.

A valid driver's license and the ability to travel to various construction sites.

Relevant certifications or licenses in electrical work or construction management will be highly regarded.
