We are partnering with a premier Am Law 100 law firm with a nationally recognized Financial Services practice.

The team advises banks, hedge funds, and other sophisticated financial institutions on complex trading agreements and derivatives transactions.

With a collaborative culture and deep industry expertise, the group offers attorneys the opportunity to work on highly specialized matters while building long-term careers alongside some of the leading practitioners in the space.

This position is ideal for a 5–7 year attorney with substantive derivatives experience looking to deepen an already specialized practice.

You'll Work On

ISDA agreements GMRA agreements Prime brokerage agreements Securities lending agreements Credit and credit-linked swaps Derivatives counseling Trading agreements and related transactions Dodd-Frank regulatory matters Ideal Background

5–7 years of substantive derivatives experience Significant experience negotiating and drafting ISDA documentation Strong understanding of financial products and trading agreements Excellent drafting and client communication skills Nice to Have

Experience with any of the following is a plus

Dodd-Frank regulation Structured finance Lending transactions Secured transactions Bankruptcy Creditors' rights Don't Check Every Box?
